Our Mission
At SASN, we believe sports are more than just a game—they are a gateway to opportunity, leadership, and education. Our mission is twofold:
Coverage – Deliver in-depth, high-energy coverage of high school athletics across football, basketball, baseball/softball, lacrosse, volleyball, hockey, cheerleading, soccer, and more through our flagship shows like DMV Gridiron, DMV Hoop Session, and DMV Strike Zone.
Education – Operate the Sports Broadcast Academy (SBA), an innovative program that trains high school and college students in videography, commentary, journalism, photography, editing, and live production.
Through this dual approach, SASN bridges the gap between athletic excellence and media innovation.

What We Do
Game Coverage & Highlights – From Friday night lights football to championship basketball tournaments, SASN provides live coverage, highlight reels, and exclusive interviews with the DMV’s top athletes and coaches.
Sports Journalism & Analysis – Our team of reporters and interns publish articles, scouting reports, rankings, and season previews that fuel community conversation and college recruiting opportunities.
Internship & Training Programs – Through the Sports Broadcast Academy, we mentor young creatives with hands-on production experience, industry networking, and resume-building opportunities.
Digital Media & Community Engagement – With an active presence across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and our website, SASN creates engaging content that keeps athletes, parents, alumni, and fans connected year-round.
